Polycet/Diploma Admission Criteria

The admissions are of two categories, Category ‘A’ (seats will be filled by Convener through TGPOLYCET) and Category ‘B’ (left over seats in TGPolycet after the final phase counseling).

Category ‘A’: The admissions into A Category are made by Govt. of Telangana through Centralized Counseling. The students have to qualify in SSC Examination with a minimum of 35% in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry and must qualify TGPOLYCET exam conducted by Govt. of Telangana. The admissions will be made through web counseling.

Category ‘B’: The admissions into ‘B’ category will be made by the management for the left over seats in TGPOLYCET Counselling after the final phase based on the merit in SSC Marks.

Scholarships

1. The scholarships / tuition fee will be reimbursed for those students who have qualified TG POLYCET and whose parental income is less than ₹2 lakhs per annum in urban regions and less than ₹1.5 lakhs per annum in rural areas.
2. All scholarship applications will be made to the respective Departments (Social Welfare / Tribal Welfare / BC Welfare / Minorities etc.,) through the Head of the institution by submitting Community Certificate, Income Certificate and other required certificates.

Note: All the students should maintain a minimum of 75% of attendance throughout their studies.

Admissions Criteria

The admissions are of two categories, Category ‘A’ (70%) and Category ‘B’ (30%)

U.G. Courses (I Year B.Tech)

Category ‘A’: The admissions into Category ‘A’ are made by Govt. of Telangana through Centralized Counseling. The students have to qualify in Intermediate or equivalent exam with a minimum of 45% and must qualify TG EAPCET exam conducted by Govt. of Telangana. Category ‘B’: The admissions into ‘B’ category will be made by the management of the College based on the merit in TG EAPCET / Intermediate Marks.

U.G. Engineering Program (Lateral Entry B.Tech)

The admissions are made by Govt. of Telangana through Centralized Counseling. The students have to qualify in 3 years Diploma course or equivalent exam and must qualify TG ECET exam conducted by Govt. of Telangana. The admissions will be made through web counseling.

Category ‘B’: The admissions into ‘B’ category will be made by the management of the College based on the merit in TS ICET/Degree.

Scholarships

1. The scholarships / tuition fee for SC & ST students will be reimbursed for those students whose parental income is less than ₹2 lakhs per annum.
2. The scholarships / tuition fee for BC, EBC & Minority students will be reimbursed for those students whose parental income is less than ₹1 lakh per annum.
3. All scholarship applications will be made to the respective Departments (Social Welfare / Tribal Welfare / BC Welfare / Minorities etc.,) through the Head of the institution by submitting Community Certificate, Income Certificate and other required certificates.
